It is a three way relationship building process with the client, the artwork, and the therapist in a private and respectful environment.

I am a registered Psychotherapist in Ontario and registered Art Psychotherapist in the UK. I have professional membership with the Canadian Art Therapy Association. My philosophy of practice is to provide a nonjudgmental, safe and private environment for clients to build up their creativity, strength and resilience through freely express their emotion with art.
I strive to work with people through different art forms because I believe creative art is a powerful platform, which allows people to communicate and connect with their inner souls and emotion. Colour, pattern and layout become storytellers through their expression. Art can be the voice for the voiceless, the process for healing the scars in our lives, the appreciation of our surroundings and the transformation of our worldview for a better future.
